Deutschland Delivery
Standard delivery within Germany is free on all products. If you need your order to be guaranteed next day delivery, we offer an express option for an additional cost.

International Delivery
Synedica delivers most items internationally. We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Customs and Import Duties
Customers outside of the European Union and United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delivery Restrictions
If we are unable to deliver to your country, we will email you and issue a full refund.
Lost Parcels
In the rare instance that a parcel becomes lost in transit, Synedica will aim to issue a full refund or replacement within 28 working days based on the date of dispatch.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking and order status can be found in the delivery update emails sent at every stage of the process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "Order History" section.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed, or the delivery address is incorrect.
If this happens, you are able to get the package re-sent. If you no longer require the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us.
Please note: No delivery charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded for undeliverable packages.
Not at Home to Receive Your Delivery?
If delivery is attempted and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local collection point, which will be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier.
At the time of ordering, you may also specify that the order is delivered to your work address if you are unable to be at home to receive it. This can be done during the checkout process by entering your preferred delivery address.
Packaging and Discretion
We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to health and wellness products. All Synedica orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
Our packaging is also designed to protect your products during transit, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
